DocLib
- Musculoskeletal Transplant Foundation (MTF) has selected DocLib
to assist with a project to provide their users access to time sensitive
Customer Order Processing & Customer Shipment documents using
DocLib’s ERM (Electronic Reports Management) functionality.
MTF, long time MFG/PRO user, located in Edison NJ is a non-profit
service organization dedicated to providing quality allograft tissue
through a commitment to excellence in education, research, recovery
and care for recipients, donors and their families.
Mueller Industries goes live with DocLib!!
- September 11, 2006: Mueller Industries (NYSE: MLI), a MFG/PRO V8.6
user, successfully went 'live' with our Integrated Document Management
Solution - DocLib. This implementation was the first phase of a planned,
company wide rollout of DocLib throughout many departments. For this
phase Mueller is using DocLib's Electronic Reports Management (ERM)
functionality to store and retrieve MFG/PRO Purchase Orders. Mueller
is also scanning and indexing Accounts Payable Documents including,
supplier invoices, packing lists and other documents related to purchasing.
Mueller is using the new, powerful DocLib Web Client for the majority
of their users accessing these documents. The Web Client allows DocLib
users quick, query access to the DocLib database by only using their
Web Browser. There is no client software required for the DocLib Web
Client. The use of the Web Client has significantly reduced Mueller's
implementations costs for the solution without sacrificing functionality.
Mueller Industries in Port Huron MI (NYSE: MLI) has
selected DocLib.
- June 9, 2006: Mueller Industries in Port Huron MI (NYSE: MLI) has
selected the PICS Integrated Document Management Solution, DocLib,
to assist their Accounts Payable Department with the storage and access
of documents related to Supplier Purchasing. The Port Huron AP project
is the first phase of a multi-phase rollout of DocLib throughout all
of Mueller Industries that will include the Finance & Customer Service
Departments. Included in the Phase 1 project will be the scanning
and indexing of Supplier Invoices, Packing Slips and Bills of Lading
(BOL) using Kofax’s Ascent Capture as well as MFG/PRO documents and
forms using DocLib’s Electronic Reports Management (ERM) functionality.
Mueller will be utilizing DocLib’s Full Text Search capabilities and
the enhanced Web Client. We welcome Mueller Industries to the growing
list of satisfied DocLib users.
LNK International joins the growing list of docLib
users
- October 12, 2005: LNK International in Hauppauge New York has selected
DocLib to assist with managing Shipping & EDI Documents in conjunction
with the launch of a new, off-site Finished Good Warehouse. DocLib's
ERM (Electronic Reports Management) functionality will be utilized
to store and index shipping documents produced at this new warehouse.
LNK also plans to use DocLib to store EDI reports giving them visibility
to any error or warning messages for Customer demand. In the near
term future, LNK plans on using DocLib in the finance and manufacturing
departments.
Schefenacker Vision Systems selects DocLib
- September 26, 2005: Schefenacker Vision Systems of Marysville Michigan
has selected and implemented PICS Integrated Document Management Solution
– DocLib. Using DocLib’s Electronic Reports Management
(ERM) functionality, Schefenacker has now centralized all EDI Reports
that are produced when Customer & Supplier EDI transactions are
uploaded into their MFG/PRO database. Previously, hard copies of these
reports were produced and distributed to interested parties. Now,
these reports are automatically stored and indexed within the DocLib
database. Up to 25 revisions of these reports will be stored in the
database giving Schefenacker an audit trail of EDI Transactions as
they are loaded.
